2021 Is The Year!

We are all waiting patiently to get back to a "normal" life. Today I noticed some kids are lucky enough to go back to school. I can't wait for that day for my kids...well, and me.🤣 Trying to be a mom-boss and a teacher has my brain feeling like it 🤯! I am very thankful for our teachers out there because no way I could be one.
Sitting here reflecting on this past month, I am surprised at what I have accomplished. January was my best month in Real Estate. 🏠I went on a much-needed vacation🌴, and I am ready to see this year be my best! What are some goals you would like to achieve this year?
Inventory hit a record low⬇️ in December, and I feel that it will break another record low for January for Lane County. With interest rates still so low, the demand is high for houses. What does this mean for you and me? It is a great time not only for sellers but buyers too!
