"I got so lucky to get Genevieve in my corner. I didnt have the best of numbers/ loans to work with but she was consistently on top of checking out everything that showed up on the market immediately. She definitely knows the process and how to keep the ball rolling to get through it as painless and quickly as possible. And when we hit a few walls from undisclosed issues she immediately took actions to figure out the problems, come up with the solutions and get me in my home. Even after the sale she continues to be of great help. I will only be working with her in the future."

She helped out with painting parts of my interior and also wiped down the cupboards in the kitchen. Genny is super available and prompt on returning texts and calls. "I had a wonderful experience with Genevieve, she was so patient with all my little quirks and must haves. Working with each other long distance wasn’t a problem for her. She was very responsive and when she found the perfect home for me she was able to jump on it immediately and make the best deal. Even after the close she has remained in touch and helped me work out the kinks that buying a house long distance that you sometimes encounter. I would absolutely buy or sell with her again and recommend her to any of my friends!"
